Dave Victorino's Biography

Dave Victorino has been on L.A. music scene since 1980,s.A graduate of Cal State Los Angeles in Music Education.
His latest C.D. "Ballads, Boleros and Bossa Novas" got as high as number one on jazz charts in summer of 2015 and were top ten for several weeks in several U.S cities.
Although mostly known for his sax abilities, Dave Victorino,s flute playing ought to be noted as well, as written about on Henry Mora,s "Round Midnight" from C.D.review(L.A Jazz magazine) of the same name.
Victorino,s tenor sax solos are featured on a series of albums by the "Upbeat Swing Orchestra", which have over 100,000 downloads. He has performed at the Palladium, The Staples Center, The Mayan, Conga Room, The Lighthouse, Spazios, Steamers, The Sawdust festival and many more.
He has performed live with the "Temptations", "Little Anthony and the Imperials", Fred Ramirez, Al Viola, the Henry Mora Big Band, Helen Slater and many others.
He composed and performed on the feature film"Chasing Tchaikowski" The Dave Victorino band features Latin Jazz, Jazz StanderdsFunky Jazz, Swing, and Salsa. Dave also gives lessons on sax, flute, clarinet and piano.Se Habla Espanol
